Dehulling
Our process starts with carefully dehulled and selected kernels to improve the quality of our products. -
Cold-pressing
Low temperatures are used during the pressing to preserve the quality of all components in sunflower kernels. -
Ethanol defatting
This allows us to reduce the oil to a significant level, whereas increasing the content of protein and fibre. -
Drying
The gentle drying ensures a low residual ethanol content while maintaining the nativity of our protein. -
Milling
Our milling step is able to produce different particle size grades for specific application needs.
